CAREER&TALENT ECONOMICS LAB(CTELAB) analyzes the human capital potential signaled by an individual’s current career through their submitted resume. We assess skill gaps relative to target roles and recommend job opportunities aligned with long-term career goals and strategic career direction. Users control the visibility of their resumes and decide whether to apply for positions. Resume information can be updated at any time to ensure it remains current as their careers evolve.
