Role Purpose 

The Program Manager for Society & Community Engagement will design, implement, and manage high-impact programs and projects that align with ASML’s global S&CE strategy. This role focuses on delivering measurable societal benefits, fostering strong relationships with community stakeholders, and supporting ASML’s ESG objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

Program Development & Execution 
- Translate ASML’s global S&CE strategy into actionable programs for local and regional execution. 
- Develop and manage initiatives in key impact areas: 

  • STEM Education: Support schools and educational partners to broaden the technical talent pool.
  • Community Attractiveness & Inclusion: Drive programs that enhance social cohesion, culture, and accessibility. 
  • Employee Engagement: Expand volunteering and employee giving programs to strengthen purpose and pride. 

- Ensure programs are scalable, cost-effective, and deliver measurable social impact. 


Stakeholder Engagement 
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders. 
- Act as a liaison between ASML and external partners to secure collaboration and alignment. 
- Represent ASML in community forums and events. 

Governance & Reporting 
- Monitor program performance and impact using clear KPIs and benchmarks. 
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal governance and external communication. Ensure compliance with ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements. 

Collaboration 
- Work closely with internal teams (Public Affairs, Communications, HR, Corporate Real Estate, etc.) to integrate S&CE programs into broader company initiatives. Engage ASML employees to participate in community programs. 

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Affairs, Social Sciences, Business Administration). Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, corporate social responsibility, or community engagement. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 

Skills: 
- Strong organizational and communication skills. 
- Ability to navigate governance structures and influence decision-making. 
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards. 

- Native Korean and fluent English 

- Passion for societal impact, and ability to work in diverse environments. 

Travel

You may occasionally be required to travel to other ASML locations, including the headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.

Role Description:

The Technical Configuration Management (TCM) function ensures the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of product configurations across the business unit. TCM professionals serve as key liaisons between Sales / Account Teams and internal stakeholders within the DDP Business Unit, aids Sales in customer-facing configuration-focused interactions, manage configuration documentation, coordinate cross-functional configuration reviews, and maintain configuration integrity throughout the customer order lifecycle. TCM plays a critical role in enabling efficient product delivery, optimizing customer order hardware and software content, and supporting business growth through configuration excellence.

This is a business-critical role requiring high attention to detail. Candidates must be prepared for significant operational demands and time-sensitive deliverables. Candidates must possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product configurations in alignment with customer specifications and internal standards.
  • Function as the primary interface for Sales / Account Teams for configuration requests and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Management, Product Line Management, and Engineering to validate and maintain accurate customer order configurations.
  • Support configuration-related project activities, including planning, tracking, and providing input to execution of configuration freeze and validation.
  • Participate in New Product Integration (NPI) and Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) to ensure configuration readiness and consistency over time.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in configuration management tools and processes, including Product Architecture, BOM management, Engineering changes, and Configuration Accuracy discussions.
  • Ability to work across multiple functions including Product Line Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, and Sales to align configuration requirements and resolve configuration-related issues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
  • Cross-regional collaboration and experience in matrix organizations are essential.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or account support, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable configuration plans.
  • Demonstrated capability in technical project management, including planning, tracking, and executing configuration milestones.
  • Ability to manage complex configuration histories and ensure traceability across multiple product revisions and customer engagements.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with business unit operations and product line strategy, enabling alignment of configuration activities with broader business goals.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle processes and sustaining engineering practices

Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, systems, process) with direct experience in semiconductor equipment design, manufacturing, field installation, or maintenance and support
  • More than seven years of semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor equipment industry experience with a blend of technical depth and operational execution.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. What to Expect

Tesla is looking for process integration engineer to enable advanced logic SOC’s. In this highly visible role, you will work with cross functional teams and foundry integration teams in developing next generation custom SOCs for Tesla’s current and future platforms. You will be involved in NPI, high volume manufacturing, process window characterization, yield improvement, process optimization, WAT analysis, reliability projections, skew methodologies, product qualification, DPPM reductions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate joint technical efforts with the foundry to resolve complex process-related issues that impact product performance or yield.
  • Drive Foundry process integration teams in bringing up the processes for advanced technology nodes (GAA and beyond).
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in optimizing power, performance, area, cost, etc for future SOC’s.
  • Debug process related issues in advanced technology nodes: FinFET, GAA, Back Side Power Delivery Network(BSPDN) and beyond. 
  • Continuously monitor and analyze foundry process data to ensure the health of the manufacturing line and to identify and troubleshoot issues related to yield, performance, and reliability.
  • Improve product yield by optimizing processes without impacting reliability and performance.
  • Qualify processes which can create long term impact in scaling Tesla’s products while reducing costs.
  • Drive qualified processes in reducing defects and sustain high volume manufacturing at reduced auto grade PPM levels.
  • Lead structured DOE for yield, reliability and process window characterization. 

What You’ll Bring

  • BS/MSEE/Ph.D. with minimum 10 years of experience in process development, yield improvement, foundry and vendor management.
  • Strong background in optimizing silicon processes (FEOL, MOL, BEOL) for advanced technology nodes (FinFET, GAA, BSPDN).
  • Hands on experience in debugging process related issues impacting yield, reliability, power, performance, cost and area.
  • Experience is collaborating with external vendors and incorporating cutting edge processes into products is highly desired.
  • In-depth understanding in device physics, device level reliability, process qualification, physical failure analysis, statistical analysis.
  • Good background in design technology co-optimization (DTCO) for advanced nodes.
  • Ability to resolve ambiguity and adapt to fast paced environment.

This Position reports to: Service Sales Manager (이사)

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in South Korea. Main stakeholders are Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Refinery and Petrochemical customers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Penetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.
  • Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.
  • Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
  • Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification
  • Must have minimum 10 years of working experience as a Service sales specialist in Automation industry (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Refinery and Petrochemical.)
  • Prior and proven experience working with Korean Power Generation customers and consultants as customers and existing personal networks with the same would be preferred
  • Sound knowledge and skill sets for both Automation and Electrification
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Business level in verbal and written English and native in Korean
  • Willingness to travel about 70%

Summary:

This position is responsible of applying Manufacturing Intelligence System to realize battery factory automation. This position will provide engineering support for Smart Factory System by project management and implementation of Autonomous Control System, Battery Cell Traceability System, ROS (Remote Operation System) etc. This role also will be able to communicate with cross-functional teams and individuals within the company.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and implementing applications of Smart Factory system based on the latest technology.
Project management and deployment of key Smart Factory systems i.e. Remote Operation System, Autonomous Calibration, Product Traceability and Preventive Maintenance etc.
Participating SAT (Site Acceptance Test), Commissioning to functionality & performance check of smart factory systems once installed at equipment.
Planning strategies to improve equipment efficiency and availability based on automation (via PLC – Programmable Logic Controller) and manufacturing IT systems.
Weekly/Monthly Report (Issue/Achievement/Progress)
Conduct regular cadence meeting (weekly or monthly) to discuss issues/progress/achievement of the smart factory projects with parent headquarters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics) are preferred.

Experience:

In-depth understanding of network systems & IT (1 to 3+ years of professional experience is preferred).
Previous experience with data visualization tool such as Spotfire, Power BI etc,.

Skills:

Proficient to use PC, MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint].
Ability to use data visualization tool such as Spotfire, Power BI etc,.
IT System maintenance skill for SW/HW trouble shooting.
Ability to review and modify smart factory systems via Python, C# and PLC program.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monthly reporting: Supporting on preparation month-end close activities: supportive documentation, invoices, details for the bank transactions
  • Active engagement on Internal Control 
  • Invoicing to external and internal customers incl. Shared Service: 
  • Support on reporting to HQ
  • Ensure the company respects Korean rules in collaboration with accounting (tax, statutory reports).

Daily work

  • Day-to-day administrative tasks: Handling of official documents (bank documents, legal official letters, audit etc.). Collecting official documentation (Business Registration etc.)
  • Support to monitor Payment process (outsourced) and banking process (internal and external system)
  • Internal invoicing and calculation on True-up/down, including Quotation and Estimation costs expectation for key stakeholders and intercompany

Profile & Competencies

  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and solid organizational abilities, passion for Airbus Group and its activities 
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP or SAP in Finance would be a plus 
  • Business level of English and Korean

Required skills 

You have the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to Master degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in aerospace engineering, electrification, hydrogen-related engineering, electric engineering, industrial manufacturing or defence and space related systems engineering is preferred  (apprenticeships and internships included ) 
  • Experience of treating contractual documents such as NDA or joint study agreements is a plus
  • Experience of startup and/or its evaluation is a plus

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
